We are looking to hire a dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative marketing and administrative specialist who can develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels in addition to assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks. Description Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant. Edit established website as needed for promotions and new products. Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content. Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences. Run regular social promotions and campaigns, distributing content that educates and entertains our audience and supports our marketing goals. Track the success of these campaigns. Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence. Create and track targeted emails to existing customers. Help with in-store design as needed. Including signage and displays. Create flyers and promotional material as needed. Update digital signage inside and outside all locations. Coordinate promotional events at all locations. Keep a good working relationship with equipment reps in order to stay abreast of co-op funds availability and product promotions for advertising and marketing purposes. Produce and update business cards for all employees. Ensure all company vehicles are up to the aesthetic standards of the company with the proper logos. Determine the best way to use co-op funds allocated to the organization from all equipment/product providers. Manage the use of these funds, keeping updated records. Order branded company apparel and uniforms. Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks. Ability to work with different department team members. Pay: $34,000-41,000/year
-BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent work experience. -Must be honest, reliable, have a positive attitude, and willingness to work on a team. -Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions. -Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva. -Experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, and Hootsuite is a plus. -Attention to detail and great organizational skills.
