Qualifications:
If You Are: • Interested in working from your home. • Experienced in hospitality industry with above average customer service skills or a home service industry. • Previous experience in scheduling/dispatching in a construction or other related fields i.e. HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Knowledge of the company's service promise, services, capabilities, policies procedures and practices • Ability to resolve issues in accordance with company goals and objectives • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively with a keen sense to detail • Ability to multi-task using multiple software programs simultaneously • Ability to communicate with associates, customers, supplies by phone. • Solid knowledge of computers, MS Office, e-mail, internet and other software required or willingness to learn Education • High school diploma or GED equivalent Licenses • Current valid driver's license may be required Experience • Minimum of six (6) months scheduling or logistics experience
