Description:
We are looking for reliable Officers who will not only monitor and patrol their site, but also ones that will ingratiate themselves to the community. Resident interactions are key to establish a relaxed access process for residents. The role will also require the Officer to perform lock and unlock procedures on the clubhouse and amenities. Detailed reports are required to be written for each shift as well as each incident throughout shift. These reports will form the basis of any on going Security modifications that may be needed. Here at Signal 88 Sarasota we value your input and will modify the service accordingly. Full training will be provided for the site with detailed manuals available for reference on site as well as electronically. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Valid State of Florida Class D Security License Clean and valid Driving license - for mobile patrol sites high school diploma or higher
