OFfice Admin and Underwriting Admin

The JOY FM / Radio Training Network, Inc. seeks a candidate to work in the New Port Richey Office to handle office admin, interact with The JOY FM listener and partners in person and on the phone, facilitate some of the incoming underwriting (sales orders) for on line and on air promotion. The candidate will also need the skill set to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Answer all calls coming in from the FL listeners and be the second to respond on RTN event calls from across the nation.
iContact Admin efforts to support all Directory, Family Calendar and Underwriting efforts for all of the underwriting team. Includes the creation of a monthly email.
Assist Partners and Listeners with Family Calendar and Directory questions. Occasionally create proposals and sell a Calendar and Directory Packages along with on air promotions. Create listing and train partners and staff on building their directory listing pages.
Write copy and complete traffic orders and upload to smartsheet…
Manage event proposal and contest and oversee movie contest and screenings
Office… Maintain office facilities, supplies, schedule repairs, reception, mail and shipping.

Required experience/education

Highly developed organizational skills to function effectively while taking the time to interact personally with JOY FM Listeners and Partners
Ability to work in a fast paced environment prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, projects and personnel simultaneously
Excellent oral, written communication, presentation skills
Analytical and creative problem solving skills
Proficiency in with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the ability to learn new software efficiently and effectively
Experience working with Smartsheet, SalesForce or other CRM software and iContact is a PLUS.
BS/BA preferred (additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
