Radio Training Network, Inc. seeks a candidate to manage and expand a centralized Gift Processing and Center.  Must have experience with CRM software as well as management experience.

  • Management of permanent staff as well as recruit/schedule/oversee staffing as needed for special inbound phone campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain transition plan, workflow process, policies & procedures, and training documentation
  • Perform detailed group and one-on-one training for staff members
  • Monitor phone recordings/account audits and provide feedback and training to staff members
  • Run reports, perform analysis, and interpret results to make necessary process changes and additional training
  • Conduct/Attend weekly meetings
  • Oversee, support, and troubleshoot all related gift processing software
  • Manage team culture and ensure a healthy work environment for employees
Required experience/education
  • Highly developed organizational skills to function effectively while still maintaining attention to detail and meeting established deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, projects and personnel simultaneously
  • Excellent oral, written communication, presentation skills
  • Analytical and creative problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the ability to learn new software efficiently and effectively
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • 3+ years of experience in a management/training/leadership position
  • BS/BA preferred (additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Statement of Faith required

The JOY FM offers seasonal temporary positions and/or has certain tasks available for volunteers. If you are interested in serving at The JOY FM and can meet the following criteria, please e-mail to schedule an interview.
  • Available in the Sarasota/Bradenton area
  • Available during business hours Monday-Friday 6am-8pm
  • Comfortable answering phones and speaking with listeners
  • Intermediate skills with computers, Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Understanding of general office equipment; copier, postage machine, etc.
  • 16 years or older; some tasks require 18 or older
