Married his wife in 2002 in Seattle. They have 3 Children all born in different time zones!

Things that Jayar is passionate about:
Jayar cheers for 3 sports teams: Seattle Mariners, Tennessee Vols football, and  Newcastle United (English Football/Soccer)
He is also passionate about coffee, Saltwater Aquariums, Pirate History, Revolutionary War history, and snow.

Quirky things about Jayar:
Very conscious of germs.
Can’t drink coffee from a dark colored mug.
Obsessively organized.

Timeline of travels since graduating High School in Port Orchard, WA in 1995:
3 weeks in China.
2 years in Dublin, Ireland.
2 months in Vienna, Austria.
Back to Seattle.

Started in radio in 1999.  (KISS 106.1/STAR 101.5 in Seattle)
Moved to Phoenix, Seattle, Montana and back to Seattle.
Married in Washington and moved to Portland a day after the honeymoon.
2 months later moved to California.
1 year later moved to Boise, Idaho
1 year later moved to Nashville
3 years later joined THE JOYFM  in Florida (Feb 2008)
