Description:
Grace Community United Methodist Church is seeking a spiritual, musical, and organizational leader to oversee the musical aspect of worship, in collaboration with the pastor. This position includes, but is not limited to, leading music in our community worship and ensuring each worship service creates opportunities for the congregation to experience God’s transforming grace. Currently, we have one weekly service and rehearse Wednesday nights, with a run-through on Sunday prior to the service. Directly Reports: Lead Pastor Supervises: Praise Band volunteers, Media volunteers
Qualifications:
Qualifications: Strong singer, highly skilled to lead from the guitar or piano, experience in leading worship, knowledge in audio/visual technology Job Type: part-time (10 hours per week) Pay: $15-20 per hour Hours and pay negotiable for the right candidate
