Description:

An office specialist is responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties to support the organization's daily operations. Duties including data entry procedures, greeting visitors, responding to customers' inquiries through phone calls and e-mails, filing and sorting documents, assist with invoicing, accounts receivable and reconciling.


Qualifications:

Preferably 3-5 years clerical background. Experience with Quickbooks a plus, can pick up and run quickly with tasks, be a quick study, must be a team player, must be dependable, eager and willing to learn .
