Description:
$500 SIGN-ON BONUS!!! Family Centered Treatment is an evidence based in-home model which utilizes family systems theory to support families who have experienced family dysfunction. Our goal is to maintain children in their homes or reunite children who have been removed. Many of the families we serve have parents who are experiencing substance abuse/addiction, so LCAS/CADC candidates are encouraged to apply. An Associate/Licensed Family Centered Treatment Clinician has an active case load of 4-6 families at a time. We meet with families multiple times a week in their homes providing FCT sessions. In order to best serve families, we schedule sessions at times that are best for the family – afternoons, evenings, weekends. Family Therapists may serve families in Buncombe, Henderson, or Transylvania Counties. Clinicians are on-call for families in order to best support families. Clinicians partner closely with Social Workers and any other members of the Child and Family Team. In order to become credentialed in FCT, Clinicians will complete a 40-hour on-line course and pass fidelity markers in each of the 4 phases of FCT treatment. Family Therapists serve families while going through the credentialing process.
