Call Center Quality Assurance Specialist In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing inbound/outbound calls for quality, efficiency, and performance. Check & track quality of work and performance  Determine training needs Compile Quality Assurance assessments of call center agents and document results  Supply data and feedback to call center managers and leadership team Create and upkeep workflows and procedures Interpret internal and external quality reports


1+ year of experience in Call Center Quality Assurance (QA) role4 Background in Healthcare Insurance / Medicare Expertise of all applicable Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulatory guidance Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills
