We are seeking a driven, high-performing Leasing Professional for our team. Our Leasing Professionals are the face of our communities, welcoming customers and professionally presenting the features and benefits of the communities they serve. The Leasing Consultant secures lease agreements from qualified persons and strives to make them and current residents feel comfortable in their community by listening and responding to customer feedback. You will mirror our high standards for performance with these attributes: · Impeccable customer service skills · Self-motivated, skilled time manager · General knowledge of the Augusta area · Dependable transportation and good driving record · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Experience in property management or sales is a plus · Proficient in Microsoft Office with knowledge of Property Management software a plus Preferred Qualifications (but not required) · NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional) Certificate · Fair Housing Training The hours are M-F 8am-5pm (possibility of some weekend hours depending on the property and leasing demand).
