Description:
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of the client in order to aid them in their success of filling all open positions. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with client and internal JMI team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the client may face. Responsibilities Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with client and JMI management to ensure client is taken care of daily. Recruit, interview, onboard, orientate all new hires. Create and maintain relationships with client to better understand and achieve their needs. Verify all time sheets and send to Payroll Lead for processing weekly. Ensure all employees are informed of their work schedule.
Qualifications:
2+ years of previous lead, supervisory or management experience required. Microsoft Excel and Word experience required. Previous account management experience a plus - willing to train. Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
