Description:
The Youth Pastor for Youth and Children's Ministry (or Youth Director, if a lesser role) is primarily responsible for shepherding and discipling Youth and Children. The Youth Pastor provides leadership, oversees and directs all program elements of the children and youth ministries. The Youth Pastor will develop, plan and administer Christ-centered programming that is wholesome, fun and entertaining and ultimately enriching to the lives of youth and children. The Youth Pastor is accountable to the Chief of Ministry Operations and serves on the PASSAGE Leadership Team. (May hire as a Youth Director, if experience is All duties are to be performed in support of and in accordance with the church vision and with a spirit of excellence. The primary areas of responsibility include: Children's Ministry, Youth Ministry, General Education, Nursery Ministry, Children's Choir *, Sports Ministry, Youth Praise Dance Ministry *, Youth Drama Team Ministry *, and Youth Outreach Ministry. (* in collaboration with an overarching Ministry).
Qualifications:
Ministry License, preferred High School Diploma, required Mature Christian beliefs/faith Social Media savvy, required
