The Multimedia Manager (also called Digital Media & Productions Manager) manages all aspects of audio and visual operations for PASSAGE Ministries, Inc. - the Church and its educational enterprises. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: PASSAGE is a non-denominational church that is “Word-based, Vision-driven and Kingdom-focused.” With a strong work ethic, we stand on the “Three E’s” Philosophy – Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Excellence. All duties of the Digital Media & Productions Manager are to be performed in accordance with the PASSAGE Family Church Vision Statement and in compliance with the PASSAGE Standards & Expectations for Leaders, and the PASSAGE Statement of Faith. Website Creation, Design, and Programming: Create, coordinate and/or manage all internet, social media and mobile app platforms of PMI, which includes PASSAGE Family Church (PFC), PASSAGE Christian Academy, Cuddly Kids Academy, The Oak Tree Early Learning Academy, Building Blocks of Ocala, and other enterprises with company growth. Marketing and Community Relations: The Digital Media & Productions Manager will coordinate communication of PMI’s vision and endeavors of its education and business enterprises through marketing strategies. The position is strategic in positioning the enterprises for increased enrollment, public education and growth. The position will participate in area events as an ambassador of PMI, thus requiring good rapport with stakeholders. As a visible figure in the local and national community, the Digital Media & Productions Manager must be of upstanding character. Prepare and coordinate media announcements for radio, television and print, including special events and programs (e.g. social media, PSA's on radio and television, newspaper ads, etc.). Productions Management: Manage and control all aspects of audio/visual operations for PFC, including, but not limited to sound, lighting, mixing, editing, streaming, recording, duplicating, wiring, setup, still and motion cameras, projection devices, etc. Create and maintain projection splash pages for sanctuary. Manage all radio and television broadcast productions, including editing, mixing, mastering, scheduling, and coordinating interfaces with vendor contacts. Manage PFC music and broadcast studio. Create and maintain the on-line digital library and bookstore. Maintain an historical record and storage area of CD's, DVD's, and audio/video reel tapes. Maintain equipment inventory. Ensure proper licensing compliance and maintenance of software and music. Periodically propose equipment and systems(s) upgrades to reflect industry best practices and to achieve 3E's core values. Formulate project work plans and timelines in reference to same. Administration: Formulate and maintain procedures and training manual(s) related to media operations. Recruit, train, mobilize and lead a team of volunteers, paid staff and contractors to aid in the music and media ministry. Meet weekly with the Vice President to provide updates and receive direction. Perform other duties as assigned.
