Who We Are Crosspoint was founded in 2012 (debt free!!!). Our Owner, Tony, spent 7 years in the A/C field before earning his Class B Air Conditioning State Contractors license. Originally, Crosspoint started by servicing the residential and commercial space in Hernando and Pasco County. Today, we are servicing commercial customers in Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Hillsborough counties. Currently, our Corporate partnerships include: Chick-fil-A, Firehouse Subs, Composite Motors Inc., Southern Hills Plantation Golf Club, Whitestone Foods, and we are also authorized warranty service providers for several manufacturers. We are extremely proud of our company’s growth. Due to our people and our customers, we were able to move into a brand new office with a training center for learning and hands-on experience for our Technicians. Job Requirements Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and residential HVAC equipment (including split system, packaged, and rooftop air conditioning and heating systems, exhaust fans, and other ventilation systems) Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on commercial refrigeration equipment (including walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in refrigeration units, ice machines, and chillers) Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on limited hot side equipment (including Garland grills, Henny Penny fryers, and Lang and Blodgett ovens) Training is offered and available, however, a moderate to advanced understanding of mechanics and refrigeration is required Skills Organization Communication Use of technology Professionalism What We Offer Competitive pay Pay for performance reviews Continued education opportunities Paid holidays after 1 year Paid sick time and vacation after 1 year Medical insurance provisions for full-time employees - 50% employer paid after 60 days, 100% employer paid at 1 year 4 day work week for eligible full-time employees Rotating on-call schedule * Pay is dependent on experience * * Background check, drug screen, and driving record verification required *
Qualifications:
