Mail Clerk - PT

Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client recruiting for a Mail Clerk to assist with the receipt, inventory and distribution of supplies and equipment at their Gainesville, FL facility. Let's get to work. Gainesville, FL Schedule: PT, Mon-Thurs 8am – 1pm Salary: $14/hr Please email resumes to: Rose Crane - rosecrane@spherion.com Responsibilities: - Expedite incoming and outgoing interoffice and U.S. Mail - Assist with the receipt, inventory and distribution of supplies and equipment - Receive, organize, and sort all incoming mail and packages - Receive and process packing lists for warehouse stock items - Verify packing slip and received goods, and reconcile to original purchase order - Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Team oriented - Can understand and follow written and verbal instructions - Lift up to 50 lbs - Stand for 8 hours/day - Mail room experience highly preferred
