Description:
Collector Trainee Job Career Personnel is looking for someone who would like to train for a career in the collections industry. This position has opportunity for growth and the ability to increase your earning potential through commission, as well as your knowledge of debt collecting, that will benefit your future. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. NO WEEKENDS!!! Starting pay is $13.00 an hour plus commission. Great benefits once permanent.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in collections not necessary. Persons with retail experience, food and beverage experience, apartment industry experience or just a desire to start a new career are encouraged to apply. Confident and outgoing personality. Time management skills are necessary and must be able to multi-task. Must be reliable and able to come to work on time. Good diction and speaking skills are also needed.
